Password Control

In order for students to get onto Google they need to have reset their password (they cannot use their default password). All new students have been sent instructions on how to do this from home, but many aren't able to, so it is useful if their teachers can sort this out for them.

Go to W-drive on your computer, on there is a folder called "PasswordControl", go into that folder and double click on "PasswordControl"

Wait to press on "Register Later"

1. Search for the student you are trying to change the password for

2. This is the search button (you can just type their first name and press search)

3. Type in what they want to change their password to (I normally get them to type it in)

4. Make sure 'Force Password Change at Login' is turned off

5. Press the Change Password button
